These are extra sturdy farmers walk handles
This also includes a larger 6" stop plate with holes where the weights slide on and stop. This way you may bolt on bumpers, Slater Atlas Stones or steel plates if you would like to keep a set of plates on your handles as most do or you can just put on some collars. The larger stop plates add support so you have less plate wobble (a very nice feature). The handle is 11/4" in diameter. These handles were first designed for and used by Dr. Ken Leistner as a strength tool for his top athletes with Slater Atlas Stones bolted on.
