This yoke is capable of handling a large amount of weight for carrying across the shoulders and walking for a set distance. This is a great exercise for overall strength and conditioning. The super yoke is also great for 1/4, 1/2 and full squatting allowing the lifter to place the weight on the ground between repetitions making it a challenging and more of a safety type of squat.. Adjusting the bar low where you desire makes this exercise very versatile and result producing.
