These atlas stones are made by Steve Slater. Each stone has been honed giving it a smooth, solid surface allowing tacky (Pine Tar) to stick to the stone very well.
Wondering what size of stone to start with? As a rule of thumb take 35%-50% of your 1 rep deadlift maximum and use that weight to choose your starting atlas stone weights. Please keep in mind the bottom of each atlas stone will have a stabling flat spot and will be slightly textured for added grip.
