This log is a great strongman log giving you a standard 24" handle spread, 48" log, 68" overall length. The diameter is 12" the standard in strongman competitions. This log is rope wrapped with heavy duty 1.5" manila rope. This rope size gives the athlete room to place their toes slightly under the log prior to lifting the log from the ground keeping the log closer to the body thus improving the lift. The weight of the log comes in around 110lbs or so making it easy to handle when empty but is large enough to add several hundred pounds. Truly a great log.
